ORDINANCE REPLACEMENT ADOPTIONS

PUBLIC NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that during the regular Village Board of Trustees

Meeting held May 7, 2025; the Village of Stockbridge replaced Ordinance Chapter 33 – Small Wind Energy Systems with Chapter 33 – Ordinance Regulating the Use of Wind Energy Systems.  The changes to the newly adopted Chapter 33 ordinance include the November 2024 updates to Wis. Stats. Chapter PSC 128 Wind Energy System and supplementary verbiage throughout. 

Date of Enactment:  May 7, 2025

The full text of each ordinance revision may be obtained at the online at www.villageofstockbridgewi.gov or in person at the Village of Stockbridge Office located at 116 S. Military Road, during normal business hours.
